Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare-related field or approved professional program.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines for Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical licensure if clinically oriented role.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, and senior living communities).
• Educate referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to grow referrals.
• Support post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely care delivery.
• Maintain dependable transportation and in-office presence as required.
