Job summary

Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a dynamic business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior living networks. This role focuses on growing post-acute referrals and educating stakeholders about Enhabit services and program requirements.

You will support seamless care transitions, aiming to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction through proactive engagement with referral sources and care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin, marketing or related field, or a graduate in nursing, therapy or social work.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing or sales.
• Knowledge of federal/state laws and regulatory guidelines for Medicare home health/hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources to grow post-acute care referrals.
• Educate referral sources, patients, families and partners on services and program requirements.
• Support care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
