Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a dynamic business development professional to act as the primary liaison between Enhabit and referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and health systems.

You will educate partners on Enhabit Home Health & Hospice services to foster referral growth and improve patient transitions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field, plus 2+ years in healthcare business development or sales, with strong

Competenze

• Requires Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; or graduate of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Equivalent years of work experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities).
• Educate referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to drive referral growth and support post-acute care transitions.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and promote high patient and referral source satisfaction.
