Job summary

Aware Recovery Care is seeking a Business Development Manager to serve as the primary liaison for healthcare and psychiatric partners in central or eastern Connecticut. You will promote the ARC model at in-services, conferences, and networking events, and manage referrals through Salesforce.

Responsibilities include outreach to referral sources, maintaining relationships, and developing streamlined intake processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Addiction Treatment or Mental Health field preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Sales or business development experience with healthcare providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for healthcare and psychiatric partners in your territory.
• Ensure referrals are handled and determine placement or referral to partners.
• Promote the ARC model at in-services, lunch and learns, and conventions.
• Conduct face-to-face, phone, and email outreach to referral sources.
• Strengthen relationships and cultivate new referral resources through networking and outreach.
• Develop streamlined processes for receiving referrals from medical sector sources.
• Attend conferences and networking events to promote Aware Recovery Care.
• Track referrals, clients, and providers using Salesforce and report daily activity.
