Job summary

Aware Recovery Care is seeking a Business Development Manager to be the primary contact for healthcare partners in Connecticut and Massachusetts. This role involves promoting ARC's innovative treatment philosophy, conducting sales outreach, and managing relationships with referral sources. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years of experience in addiction treatment or mental health. The position requires considerable travel and offers a salary range of $75k - $90k, based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Must actively reside in Massachusetts or Connecticut and travel within both states.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Addiction Treatment or Mental Health field preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and customer resource management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ARC's philosophy of treatment to medical market providers.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls and outreach.
• Develop streamlined process for receiving referrals.
