Waypoint Recovery Center seeks a Business Development Representative to grow referral networks and expand lines of service. You will engage with professional sources, host the public, and represent the facility in community and professional settings.

The role requires multitasking, strong relational skills, and flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, and weekends as needed to support growth in a competitive market.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources including business, industry, EAPs, managed care, physicians and allied health professionals.
• Documents every contact in the CRM system and maintains account information and statistics.
