Qualificações

• 3+ years in healthcare business development or related role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare leaders.
• Experience with FQHCs or health systems.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Ability to travel regularly (40-50%).
• Ability to use a CRM system and report pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Build territory plan prioritizing FQHCs, health systems, and aligned orgs.
• Identify decision-makers and establish relationships with executives.
• Conduct outreach, arrange meetings, and follow up with partners.
• Present model and tailor discussions to needs and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence and proposals.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
• Represent ComoCare at meetings and events and industry conferences.
• Coordinate handoff to implementation and operations teams.
• Develop referral relationships with primary care and hospitals.
• Share market feedback to refine outreach.
