Job summary

Charlie Health in the Western Chicago Suburbs, IL seeks an Outreach Specialist to drive GTM efforts and build referral networks. You will travel 4-5 days a week to meet patients, parents, and providers, advancing access to mental health care while representing Charlie Health.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to hit KPIs, energize partners, and grow our community impact in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years proven sales experience, owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Must be based in Western Chicago Suburbs, IL.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategy for efficient market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve GTM goals.
