Job summary

WelbeHealth, LLC. seeks an Operations Support & Strategy Manager to drive end-to-end enterprise operations improvements, shaping processes to elevate care quality and team engagement. You will develop materials, present performance indicators, and lead cross-functional groups across markets.

This role requires healthcare operations experience, Lean Six Sigma expertise, and a track record of mentoring teams, with California residency and travel. Offering base pay plus bonus and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be currently located in California (Southern California preferred).
• Travel 20-25% based on projects and business needs.
• Varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or related process-improvement certs desired.
• Minimum 4 years in project/process improvement in healthcare; PACE experience desired.
• Experience in healthcare/clinic ops with full-scope initiative management.
• Hands-on facilitator of complex clinical ops improvements; mentor to juniors.
• Experience leading teams with direct reports: hiring, onboarding, training, mentorship.
• MS Office competency; EMR platform experience.
• Strong analytical, verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end enterprise operations improvement initiatives.
• Create and present key indicators of clinical excellence in a data-driven way.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, workflows, and support resources.
• Contribute to operations playbooks, handbooks, checklists, and guides.
• Lead cross-functional work groups for shared functions and markets.
• Use complex data to inform recommendations.
