Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead strategic and operational facilities across a growing multi-state portfolio. You will build scalable systems, drive governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize performance while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in facilities, property, construction, or multi-site operations.
• Experience leading teams, programs, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated success building or scaling a facilities function, service-delivery model, or operating infrastructure in a high-growth organization.
• Proven ability to create, document, implement, and sustain enterprise processes, standards, controls, and governance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities function’s operating strategy and translate growth plans into staffing, systems, service-delivery, vendor, and capital needs.
• Create, own, implement, and continuously improve enterprise facilities policies, SOPs, SLAs, workflows, controls, and escalation paths.
• Manage assigned vendor portfolios (janitorial, maintenance, linens, waste disposal) and contract reviews.
• Own facilities service request platform and roadmap including intake, prioritization, assignment, escalation, reporting, and user adoption.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities and drive cost-effective quality and speed.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and business reviews; communicate risks and actions to senior leadership.
• Support multi-market launches with readiness planning, vendor activation, and operational handoffs.
