Job summary
WelbeHealth is seeking a Director of Quality Operations to lead enterprise-wide quality strategy, drive regulatory readiness, and oversee CAPs and compliance programs. You will partner with Analytics, Compliance, and Operations to translate data into actionable quality improvements and safeguard participant safety.
The role focuses on developing standardized workflows, supervising Quality Operations teams, and ensuring CMS, DHCS, and HPMS reporting meets regulatory standards while advancing care
Qualifications
- Five years of healthcare QA/QI or related leadership experience.
- Three years in a QI/assurance Director/Manager role.
- Hands-on experience with California DHCS and PACE regulations.
- Experience with regulatory audits and CAPs.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and PowerBI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize enterprise metrics for quality and patient safety.
- Create standardized workflows, playbooks, and data visualization tools.
- Analyze performance with Analytics and Performance teams for improvements.
- Monitor HPMS entries, CAPs, and regulatory initiatives.
- Lead QI initiatives and support compliance and FWA programs.
- Ensure timely regulatory submissions and audit readiness.
