Job summary

WelbeHealth, LLC. is seeking a Senior Quality Operations Specialist, Audit to lead end-to-end PACE regulatory audits, mock audits, and readiness activities across the organization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, evaluate evidence, and drive timely resolution of gaps while guiding junior staff and sustaining regulatory readiness. We value proactive problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent combination of education and progressive healthcare, regulatory, quality, compliance, or audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned PACE regulatory audits and mock audits.
• Facilitate audit kickoff meetings, readiness sessions, deliverable reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Review and validate audit documentation and evidence for completeness and regulatory alignment, identifying readiness gaps and risks.
• Provide onsite and virtual audit support, logistics, and real-time response management.
• Develop and maintain audit plans, dashboards, and leadership updates to support oversight and decision-making.
• Mentor Audit Specialists and Coordinators while coordinating workloads and deadlines.
