The role operates within a mission-driven PACE model, balancing clinical outcomes with participant experience. The position requires 4+ years in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics, with strong Excel and PowerBI/Tableau/SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with data tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Ability to design reporting and conduct ad hoc analysis.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-frequency reports and deep-dive analyses on network performance trends.
• Translate complex data sets into concise, executive-level summaries with clear recommendations.
• Structure and maintain monthly market-level network reports for local leaders.
• Refine automated dashboards with the Central Analytics team to reflect key KPIs for Network Management.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives aimed at driving network performance and removing blockers.
• Identify internal workflow bottlenecks and design tools to improve team efficiency.
