Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking an Operations Support & Strategy Manager to drive enterprise operational improvements across markets. The role leads ambiguous challenges, builds scalable processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve care delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, healthcare process-improvement experience, and strong analytical/communication skills. Travel 20–25% may be required; base salary plus bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or related) highly desired.
• Minimum of four years in project and process improvement in healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare/clinic operations managing full-scope initiatives.
• Experience leading teams with hiring, onboarding, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end enterprise operations improvement initiatives to yield scalable processes.
• Create and present indicators of clinical excellence in a data-driven way.
• Develop training, job aids, SOPs, workflows, and support materials.
• Contribute to operations playbooks, handbooks, checklists, and guides.
• Lead cross-functional work groups across shared functions and markets.
• Use complex data to inform recommendations.
