Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support regional operations through workflow improvements and training
• Process documentation including insurance verification and authorizations
• Enter and track patient and authorization data in EMR systems
• Identify workflow issues and implement efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards
