The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet quality metrics and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• One (1) year of relatable work experience required.
• High School Diploma or higher is required; related degrees are a plus.
• Experience in healthcare admin, insurance, billing, or call center is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support regional operations through workflow improvements and training.
• Review and process documentation including insurance verification and authorizations.
• Navigate EMR systems to enter, track, and validate patient data.
• Analyze workflows, identify errors, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and communicate trends.
• Maintain HIPAA, PPE, and infection control adherence.
• Assist with training materials and onboarding, cross-functional support.
• Contribute to projects to refine processes and performance metrics.
• Meet quality metrics while managing multiple priorities.
• Perform patient assessments and follow-up to support care and compliance.
