Job summary

NeighborHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to support the administrative and medical leadership in developing workflows that maximize center revenues and enhance patient experience. You will work with IT to generate reports, coordinate templates, and manage staffing and on-call scheduling for nurses, MAs and clerical staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's in healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent experience, with preferred Master’s.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field, or relevant experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with data management and analytics in a healthcare setting.
• Ambulatory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the administrative and medical directors with department development and workflow monitoring.
• Assist with reporting to maximize center revenues and improve patient experience.
• Coordinate templates, schedules, and physician coverage for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Develop and distribute On-Call Schedules with the medical director as needed.
• Coordinate staffing, including nurses, MAs, and clerical support; evaluate daily staffing needs.
• Oversee payroll approvals in Workday and staff scheduling.
• Collaborate with IT and MIS to ensure proper access and staff training on EMR/MIS systems.
• Lead department PEER reviews and performance reporting (Immunization, vitals, reconciliation).
• Liaise with Finance, HR, Clinical Teams and others to improve patient flow and efficiency.
