The Hilltop Holdings LLC System Manager of Operations will provide operational leadership across multiple hospitals and markets, ensuring performance, compliance, and financial sustainability aligned with organizational strategy.

This role partners with system leadership to standardize processes, improve productivity, and drive accountable, data-informed decisions in a multi-site healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, Nursing, or related field.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA, or related field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Healthcare Operations Professional (CHOP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare operations experience, including leadership responsibility.

Mansioni

• Oversee assigned operations to ensure performance, consistency, compliance, and goals.
• Partner with hospital, corporate, and functional leaders to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, compliance, and satisfaction metrics and drive corrective action when needed.
• Support operational readiness, integrations, performance improvement, and organizational growth initiatives.
• Manage corporate office operations to support the C-suite and enterprise leadership.
• Develop standardized SOPs, policies, workflows, and operational processes with key stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks and drive timely resolution with leadership.
• Lead operational change using data-informed decision-making and disciplined execution.
• Support development of operating budgets, revenue goals, and financial targets.
