Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee support services in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate frontline associates, serve as a liaison between administration and units, and ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities include establishing standards, scheduling staff, hiring and training, supervising, inspections, and monthly performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer contact.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a changing environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Establishs and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, hiring and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Provides monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Delivers staff education and continuous training.
• Coordinates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, Recycling).
