Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee support services for the department and coordinate frontline associates. You will serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver the highest level of service.

Essential duties include establishing standards, planning staffing, assisting in hiring and training, supervising staff, and coordinating outside services while monthly goals and future plans are reported.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, housekeeping or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually review staff standards and procedures.
• Plans work schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Coordinates outside services and reports monthly goals and plans.
• Provides staff education and ongoing training.
