Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee support services in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate frontline associates and act as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver top-tier service.

The role emphasizes standard setting, staffing, hiring, training, inspections, reporting, and cross-functional communication within a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong written and oral communication.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and annual work procedures for staff.
• Plan staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring; interview, hire and train new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provide staff education and continuous training.
• Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinate outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, etc.).
