Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee healthcare support services. You will coordinate frontline associates and act as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities include establishing standards, planning staffing, hiring and training, supervising housekeeping staff, conducting inspections, and monthly reporting. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• 4 years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Reports monthly on goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Coordinates with administration and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (pest control, window cleaning, waste handling).
