Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking a Center Operations Manager in Springfield, MA to oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management. The role includes recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting and administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.

The Program Manager will liaise between administrative, HR and clinical departments, ensuring staff availability and case assignments align with budgeted hours per client and insurer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.
• 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably in medical/behavioral health operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staff and services management.
• Recruitment, scheduling, and customer service responsibilities.
• Prepare reports and manage administrative tasks for center operations.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and manage master schedule within insurer-approved hours.
