Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone and in person.
• Handle correspondence and scheduling of meetings.
• Prepare departmental reports, statistics and file maintenance.
• Process accounts payable, payroll, and mileage reimbursements.
• Handle supply ordering and charge entry.
• Provide technical and administrative support to department staff.
