Job summary

You will coordinate vendor engagements, support software discovery, ensure HIPAA compliance and data security, oversee system integrations with medical and business platforms, and develop comprehensive training programs for clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in project management, scrum master or product owner roles.
• Healthcare experience preferred with HIPAA knowledge.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams and vendors.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare data security and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Align business goals with software project plans and milestones.
• Support software discovery through vendor timelines and requirements.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and security across projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet milestones.
• Oversee system integrations between medical software and business systems.
