Job summary

Paycom in Texas seeks an experienced Corporate Development professional to lead acquisitions due diligence from initial calls to hand-off to Operations after closing. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, craft strategic justification, and present detailed materials to the investment committee.

The role requires 3–5+ years in healthcare corporate development or related fields, strong financial modelling, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
3–5 years healthcare corporate development, investment banking, or private equity experience.
Experience with accrual-based accounting and Quality of Earnings analyses.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Participate, coordinate, and analyze valuation and due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions.
Build, maintain, and own complex financial analyses including review of financial statements and contracts.
Craft strategic rationale, create market maps, and perform site visits for LOI preparation.
Serve as liaison across cross-functional diligence workstreams (Financial, Tax, Legal, IT, HR, etc.).
Coordinate internal diligence meetings with key personnel and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and participate in mandatory training.
