Iterative Health in New York seeks a Corporate Development Manager to lead the full M&A lifecycle—from sourcing and due diligence to integration and execution. You will collaborate with the executive team and cross-functional partners to identify growth opportunities and position IH as a preferred partner.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a related analytical environment.
• Experience contributing to M&A processes, including sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, or integration.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build financial models in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and prioritize acquisition targets and strategic opportunities.
• Engage with acquisition candidates and position IH as a preferred partner.
• Coordinate due diligence materials across financial, legal, tax, and operations workstreams.
• Build and refine financial analyses and presentations for opportunities and recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to advance transactions from evaluation to closing.
• Support integration of acquired companies and coordinate cross-functional activities.
