Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years in transaction advisory, investment banking, accounting, finance, or related fields
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions or healthcare services preferred
• Demonstrated self-direction and proactive problem-solving
• Strong curiosity and willingness to dig for root causes
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems preferred

Aufgaben

• Support full acquisition and integration process with analyses, schedules, and materials for multiple teams
• Build and maintain valuation models using historical and forecasted data
• Own assigned workstreams end to end, tracking items and coordinating with counterparties
• Identify and quantify synergy opportunities for prospective targets
• Support due diligence with organizing, reviewing, and reconciling materials
• Assist with post-close performance verification and variance investigation
• Support audit and tax data requests as needed
• Develop fluency in home health and hospice reimbursement and regulatory dynamics
