Job summary

GI Alliance seeks an Acquisitions & Corporate Development professional to lead due diligence and integration from the initial call to hand-off after closing.

You will coordinate valuation analyses, manage data rooms, and prepare LOI and investment committee materials, leveraging healthcare and financial expertise to drive growth. Strong Excel modeling and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field with 3–5+ years of experience.
• Healthcare corporate development or related finance experience preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of accrual-based accounting and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participate, coordinate, and analyze valuation and due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and own complex financial analyses including trend analyses and deal synergies.
• Help craft strategic rationale, create market maps, and prepare LOI materials for investment committees.
• Understand documents related to physician services and healthcare industry.
• Help manage virtual data rooms and coordinate with trusted advisors and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in gathering due diligence data from target practice management
• Serve as liaison across cross-functional due diligence workstreams (Financial, Tax, Legal, IT, HR, Credentialing, RCM).
• Establish regular internal diligence meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
