Alvarez & Marsal's Healthcare Industry Group seeks a Director to lead a team through the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, integration planning, and value realization for healthcare clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage at the c-suite level, building demand and expanding project scope.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel, financial modeling, and strong communication skills, with robust benefits and performance-driven compensation in the US market.

Competenze

• Eight (8) years of prior work experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare industry such as healthcare operations, banking, or private equity.
• Prior experience with M&A transactions and/or healthcare operations.
• Advanced level of Excel proficiency and experience in financial modeling and analysis; ability to build synergy, standalone and overall M&A deal models.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills a must; experience with Visio, Tableau or Power BI, SQL, SPSS, benchmarking is a plus.
• BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or other related healthcare fields such as MHA or MPH.

• Lead clients and internal teams through the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Develop hypotheses around potential value levers in M&A transactions based on industry experience.
• Conduct interviews with senior client and target stakeholders.
• Rapidly analyze various types of financial and operational data to identify value drivers.
• Oversee engagement economics, budgeting and timely billing & collections; manage project profitability.
• Mentor junior staff and manage delivery across workstreams.
