Job summary

LiveWell Partners is seeking a detail-oriented M&A Associate to support the Acquisitions team from initial valuation through post-close integration. You will build valuation models, prepare diligence analyses, and generate work products to inform deal decisions.

Collaboration across Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT will be essential, including external advisors. The role emphasizes curiosity, problem-solving, and ownership — you will work with incomplete information,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in transaction advisory, investment banking, accounting, finance or commercial banking.
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions or healthcare services preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with QuickBooks or middle-market ERP.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• High integrity with strong work habits and ability to handle deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the full acquisition and integration process, preparing analyses and materials to assist deal teams.
• Build and maintain valuation models for targets using financial information from multiple sources.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams end to end and drive items to resolution.
• Identify and quantify synergy opportunities for prospective targets.
• Support development of post-close revenue and EBITDA targets based on diligence findings.
• Assist with due diligence by organizing materials and flagging unusual items for review.
