Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate learning strategies into engaging experiences, own the content-production workstream, and collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners.

You will create courses, videos, and job aids across formats, applying instructional design and accessibility standards while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and learner impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved learning strategies and business objectives into clear, engaging content.
• Own the content-production workstream from design through delivery and handoff.
• Collaborate with SMEs, program leaders, and governance resources.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and reviews.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, and simulations.
