LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to develop high-quality learning assets supporting Healthcare Client Engagement. You will translate strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate experiences and own the content-production workstream from design through final handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders, subject matter experts, and governance partners to deliver optimized learning, communications, and multimedia resources that drive sales

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training, learning, or educational content across formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring tech.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with experts and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content based on feedback and program measurements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
