Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training & Development professional to build an end-to-end training roadmap and calendar aligned with business needs. You will design content across modalities, tailor learner journeys by role, and drive measurement of training effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Operations and Quality leaders, manage multiple initiatives, and leverage Eloomi or similar LMS to deploy programs across our national footprint.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related field or 2 years of experience in training & development in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years in Training & Development with healthcare exposure preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Design, develop, and implement training content using various learning modalities.
• Create learner journeys by job roles and competency levels.
• Track progress, measure training effectiveness, and improve programs.
