Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft engaging learning resources for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate strategies into audience-ready courses, videos, job aids, and guides, ensuring accessibility and quality across formats.

The role collaborates with program leaders and SMEs, uses AI tools to boost efficiency, and drives content governance and measurement to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats; healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for healthcare initiatives.
• Translate approved learning strategies and business objectives into engaging experiences and resources.
• Own content-production workstream from design through development, review, and handoff.
• Collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners to ensure alignment and quality.
• Utilize approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
