LexisNexis Risk Solutions, within the Healthcare vertical, seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to transform strategies into engaging learning assets across Healthcare. You will own content-production for assigned initiatives, collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and impact.

You will apply instructional design, visual storytelling, and brand standards while leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare.
• Translate strategies and objectives into audience-appropriate learning resources.
• Own content-production workstreams from design through delivery.
• Collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance teams.
• Apply AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Review and update content based on feedback and metrics.
