Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Healthcare Client Engagement, seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft high-quality learning and multimedia assets. You translate strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate resources and own the content-production workflow from design to handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders and SMEs, ensuring brand, accessibility, and governance compliance while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and learner impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, reviewers, and governance partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and improve content based on feedback, performance insights, quality standards, and governance rules.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
