LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into engaging, audience-focused resources across healthcare. You will own content production for key initiatives, collaborating with SMEs, governance teams, and program leaders to deliver high-quality training, videos, and job aids.

The role emphasizes instructional design, multimedia authoring, and applying brand and accessibility standards, with opportunities to use AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies. Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva or comparable tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with program leaders and SMEs.
• Working knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives from design to handoff.
• Translate approved learning strategies into audience-appropriate experiences.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations and campaigns.
• Partner with SMEs and governance resources to validate accuracy and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, dependencies, and reviews.
• Review, improve, and modernize content based on feedback and performance data.
