LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into engaging assets for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will own content production from design through handoff, partnering with program leaders and SMEs to ensure accurate, accessible, audience-appropriate resources.

You will develop courses, videos, job aids, guides, and campaigns, applying branding, accessibility, and adult learning principles while leveraging

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, and campaigns.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback and program-defined measurements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
