Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to create high-quality learning and multimedia assets for Healthcare. You’ll translate approved strategies into audience-appropriate experiences and own content-production for assigned initiatives.

You will collaborate with program leaders, subject matter experts, and governance partners, applying design, branding, and accessibility standards while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and the learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback and program-defined measures.
