You will translate learning strategies into engaging resources and own content production from design through final handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and learner experience while ensuring accessibility and brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training, learning, or educational content across formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, and content-authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Apply instructional design and accessibility standards to materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements.
