Live Well Healthcare Solutions in Florham Park is seeking a talented, classically trained Cook experienced in high-volume culinary operations to join our Dietary team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following standardized recipes and ensuring attractive presentation.

• Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence.
• Maintain high kitchen sanitation standards before and after service.
• Manage inventory, rotate stock, assist with purchasing and recipe development.
• Handle last-minute requests for special events and facility functions.

• Meal Preparation & Culinary Excellence: Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, and cook a variety of nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes.
• Plating & Presentation: Plate and garnish all cooked items to ensure an attractive menu presentation.
• Leadership Support: Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain high sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and all culinary equipment before and after food service.
• Inventory & Recipe Management: Manage inventory, handle stock rotation, assist with purchasing, and ensure recipe development and compliance.
• Special Events: Flexibly handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
