Job summary

St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers is seeking a PC Technician to handle microcomputer hardware and software installations, provide help desk support, and assist with network and virus protection across hospital locations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with additional technical school training in computer technology.
• 1–3 years of experience with microcomputer, Windows software and networks.
• Travel between facilities within Riverside Health Care System is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair all PC-based hardware and software.
• Provide help desk support to end users on PC-based applications.
• Support network and software usage, access control and virus protection.
• Maintain logs of all hardware and software and assist Applications staff when necessary.
• Provide coverage for computer operator shifts when required.
