You will handle first and second level support, deploy hardware, and document configurations while coordinating with the broader IT organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; certifications desired.
• 2–3 years of healthcare IT support experience in managed care or reimbursement.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with Windows desktop/server OS and PC imaging is a plus.
• Ability to document technical guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level IT support for applications and systems.
• Deploy and document hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles.
• Collaborate with Montefiore IT and other departments to service associates.
• Produce monthly MIS reports as requested by the senior director of MIS.
• Maintain up-time and efficiency across departments.
