Experience with Windows OS and Mac OS; installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining desktop hardware components.

Responsibilities

Provide expert network and computer support to hospital staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software including Microsoft Office; provide remote desktop support.
Support Windows and Mac OS; address licensing questions and software inquiries.
Document user assistance requests and identify training needs; improve education and training where needed.
Collaborate with IT management and stay informed of evolving technology trends to keep IT infrastructure secure.
