You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, assist with tool setup on servers, manage users via Active Directory, monitor backups, and ensure HIPAA compliance while serving on-call after hours.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires a proactive communicator who can balance hands-on tasks with escalation

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in a computer-related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of information technology experience.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory and basic endpoint management a plus.
• Healthcare setting HIPAA awareness is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up and move endpoint hardware; upgrade existing hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software problems on endpoints and mobile devices.
• Provide staff with computer support via phone and ticketing system.
• Support operational servers locally under guidance of senior staff; perform restarts and installations.
• Assist with implementation and setup of approved tools on servers.
• Manage users/endpoints in Windows Active Directory; reset passwords and relocate objects.
• Monitor backups and provide basic file restoration.Provide basic network troubleshooting and report complex issues.
