Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on IT support across Windows, hardware, software, and AD/Azure.
• Experience with ticketing/service desk systems and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printers, and clinical devices.
