Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in systems analysis, IT support, or application management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA in healthcare administration or info systems).
• Experience with EHR systems or healthcare IT preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, design, and implement information systems solutions to meet operational and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with end users, IT teams, and leadership to assess system requirements and enhancements.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems for optimal functionality and user experience.
• Support implementation, testing, and integration of new applications and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials.
