Responsibilities include consistent customer communication, issue documentation, vendor coordination, and contributing to process improvements within the clinical IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, healthcare, business, or related field.
• One year of healthcare setting experience.
• One year of clinical applications experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Must certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Attends and participates in team, project and department meetings to increase awareness and information flow.
• Meets with customers and provides frequent written status updates to stakeholders.
• Identifies solutions to complex clinical directives or implementation impediments.
• Provides consultative services to customers and technologists on workflow processes and technology solutions.
• Participates in on-call support and customer rounds.
• Tests plans and documents processes to ensure system integrity and cost-efficiency.
• Adheres to vendor, SOWs, and regulatory requirements while setting appropriate expectations.
• Documents and prioritizes issues with vendors and stays current with trends.
