Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking a Systems Administrator to ensure our core IT platforms are reliable, scalable, and well-operated as we grow. You will own end-to-end projects, improve clinical operations through automation, and partner with care teams to deliver a strong IT experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT/support, a technical degree or equivalent, and hands-on experience with endpoint management, cloud services, and IAM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT/helpdesk/system administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of core IT systems used across corporate and clinic environments.
• Lifecycle management of all hardware and software.
• Endpoint and server management, configuration, and support.
• Cloud platform and SaaS administration, including licensing and access governance.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) administration and support across systems.
• Ensure systems are configured to meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Monitor and improve service quality across IT systems and networks using metrics.
